Atempo customers with a valid maintenance agreement have unlimited access to the password-protected online product knowledge base available in the
Web Support Zone. This is the perfect source to obtain the latest technical information about Atempo products, including Technical Notes and Compatibilty Guides. To access the Web Support Zone:
1. Go to
http://support.atempo.com
2. Enter your username and password.
(If you do not have a username and password,
click here).
3. Follow the on-screen prompts.
4. Select Inquiry Tracking.
5. Select your company name.
6. Select New Inquiry.

1. Send your email to
support@atempo.com
2. Email Subject:
- If the case is regarding an existing ticket, please indicate the case number in the email Subject.
- If this is a new case, please reference the product name (Atempo Time Navigator, Atempo Live Backup, Atempo Digital Archive, or Atempo Digital Archive for Messaging) in the email Subject.
3. Email Body:
- Please include company name, contact person, contact information, and a detailed description of the problem.
- To expedite the process, please generate any environment reports, event logs, and screenshots related to the problem.

2. Please have the following information ready:
- Ticket number (if the case is regarding an existing ticket)
- Atempo product name and version (e.g. Atempo Time Navigator 4.1 SP3 P2939).
- Type of server (e.g. Mac OS, Linux, Windows, and etc.)
- Any relevant environment reports or event logs.
